All prices are a starting price and are subject to change. Prices vary based upon various factors including experience, education, product usage and time. Our service providers will do their best to give you an accurate quote, however, it may not be the final cost due to changes in your service.
Gift cards can be purchased in person or over the phone for pick up and can be used for salon services or retail products. Gift cards are not refundable.
For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused within 7 days.
If the product is open and/or gently used, there is a 30 day return window. A 25% restocking fee will be charged and you will be given a credit towards another product.
We want all our clients to leave happy and feeling their best! If you are not satisfied with your service, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us and rebook within 7 days of your original appointment. We do not offer refunds on services.
Please be sure to arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to adjust services in the allotted timeframe or reschedule your appointment.
We understand extenuating circumstances happen that may make it necessary to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment, you give at least 24 hours notice. Last minute cancelations hurt us as a small business and your practitioner, as they are only paid for services rendered.
Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations may require a credit card prepayment to schedule an appointment.
Our booking system sends out reminders 1-2 days prior to your appointment to confirm. Please make sure you are opted in to receive these text message. If you are not opted in, we try our best to call you to remind you, however we are not always able to do so.
Gratuities given to your stylist and assistant are greatly appreciated and up to your discretion. Some stylists do accept Venmo, however, we cannot add gratuity to credit cards.
